Factories vol. 1
Some of the various factories and auto-farms I've built around the server.
A basic Automatic Flower Farm. Bone Meal is pumped into the middle dispenser and onto grass (which is not yet in place in this picture). Pistons then move the grass and all the flowers and tall grass pop off as items which can be picked up by the player, and kept or composted and recycled.
A view of the original Enderman farm in The End dimension. This structure is still in place, hovering over out in the void east of the Dragon Island, but it has since been superseded by a different design.
Zombie Piglin Farm/Gold Factory. Not as efficient as modern designs, but still works quite well at using entity cramming to kill zombie Piglins and get gold. It is a floating platform high above the ceiling in The Nether dimension, originally above a bedrock hole I built, but later completely moved north west by a few hundred blocks after the Nether update.
Guardian Farm/Prismarine Factory. The largest factory that J and I built together. We crated a perimeter around an Ocean Monument, drained the water using slime block flying machines and then sponges. It originally used a long-bay set-up to spawn the Guardians, but I later changed it to a smaller four-pod system that can be turned on and off from the control tower. The internal wall design is based on Guardfall from the Hermitcraft server.
The Omega Deep Research Facility in the Grisnor Sea is slightly west of the Prismarine Factory, and features a whole host of automated systems, including this dome which houses Carrots, Beets, Potatoes and Bread production. At present it needs and design overhaul to update with some changed mechanics, but the original structure still stands. This dome is perfectly aligned with one further south than houses an End Portal.
